The high-end performance of this equipment, such as its digital thermostat and buzzer alarm, error message found directly in the display, reversible door, needle probe fitted as standard, temperature control or timed blast chilling cycle, automatic storage mode at the end of the blast chilling cycle and finally with a separate button for an “ICE CREAM” cycle and for a “-40°C” cycle, making this model ideal for any professional use, including bakery and ice cream.
